Legal
GDPR Policy
Last updated: 15 June 2026
This page explains how Cricfy TV handles the rights of visitors and users in the EU and UK under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. The short version
Cricfy TV is built to collect as little data as possible. There is no account, no sign-up and no tracker that builds a profile of you. Because we hold almost no personal data, there is very little to request or erase.
2. What data is involved
The app itself does not require your name, email or phone number. Standard, non-identifying technical data (such as app version or anonymous crash logs) may be processed only to keep the service working. This website may use basic analytics to understand traffic, which can include anonymised information like your approximate region and device type.
3. Legal basis
Where any limited processing happens, it relies on our legitimate interest in running and improving the service, or on your consent where that is required (for example, optional analytics or advertising cookies).
4. Your rights under GDPR
- Access — ask what data, if any, is associated with you.
- Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Erasure — ask us to delete data we may hold.
- Restriction & objection — limit or object to certain processing.
- Portability — request a copy of data in a portable form.
Since no account is created, the simplest way to stop all processing is to uninstall the app and clear cookies for this site in your browser.
5. Cookies & advertising
Any third-party advertising or analytics providers process data under their own policies. You can manage or reset advertising identifiers in your device settings and clear cookies in your browser at any time.
6. Contact
To exercise any of these rights or ask a GDPR question, contact us via the Contact page and we will respond within a reasonable time.
